To answer the higher data transmission demands, Yamaichi widen up its range of plug series for Gigabit with the new Y-ConPlug CAT6A, which is a 10Gbit RJ45 cable connector that can be used with all of the Y-Con components. The CAT6A RJ45 connector supports 10 Gigabit data transmission according to the ISO/IEC 11801 standard. It is engineered with integrated cable guide, EMC shielding made of nickel-plated brass and a rectangular cable crimp that prevents cable rotation. The connector can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +120°C.
