This new series of DC/DC converters from Traco Power aims to combine cost efficiency and quality in applications where they are critical factors. The THL 15WI series is a range of isolated 15 Watt DC/DC converters that is compliant to UL 62368-1 and therefore designed for use in mobile equipment, instrumentation, industrial electronics and distributed power architectures in communication.
Protected against overload, overvoltage and short circuit
The converters come in an encapsulated, shielded 1” x 1” x 0.4” metal package with an internal EN 55032 class A filter. They can operate from –40°C to +70°C without derating and if necessary, an optional heatsink is available for increased temperature capabilities. The models have a wide 4:1 input voltage range, and isolated and regulated outputs for protection against overload, overvoltage and short circuit.
