Kuhnke Automation has added another component to its mobile automation platform Arriva. The new Arriva Panel PC is based upon Windows Mobile 6.0 and offers touch functionality for mobile applications. The Panel PC does not only support the acquisition, storage and visualization of data. It also allows the intuitive remote control of machine functions. In addition, it offers the opportunity to display video images from up to four different cameras. Besides a 6.2“ wide screen display, the PC offers a built-in speaker and microphone. This makes it not only a solution for machine operation, but also a device for the communication between the driver's cabin and persons outside the vehicle.
