ASGARD Group sold its subsidiary ALLIANSYS to an investor group gathering MAJET company and Mr Michel de Nonancourt, head of VILLELEC et President of SNESE (National Association of French Electronic Subcontracting Firms). ALLIANSYS is a contract electronics manufacturing company (75 employees, 9.5 MEUR turnover) located in Honfleur, France, specialized in electronic board assembly and complex material integration. The industrial partnership with ASGARD Group, accounting for 25% of ALLIANSYS turnover, will be maintained.

ASGARD Group established its business in Instrumentation with AOIP, recognized company within the Test & Measurement business, whose solutions are used by more than 40,000 customers in 60 countries and meet the requirements of both industrial and laboratory sectors. ASGARD Group reinforced the business with the acquisition of SOFIMAE, who offers its industrial customers maintenance, calibration and installed equipment management services. SOFIMAE owns 3 COFRAC (French National Accreditation Body) accredited laboratories. The buyout of DIMELCO in 2013 strengthened the Group scope of activities. DIMELCO, national distributor with local presence, offers solutions in Test & Measurement instrumentation for industrial use and provides related maintenance and verification services.
In 2015, the business in "Test & Measurement" accounts for more than 70% of the Group turnover. Selling the Electronic activity enables ASGARD Group to focus on Test & Measurement activities and speed up its growth in France and worldwide.
