MND Robotics has launched an upgraded version of its FORX autonomous forklift robot. The robot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to ensure safe and efficient movement through 360-degree scanning with LIDAR, camera and ultrasonic sensors. With its reinforced chassis and hydraulic system, FORX can carry heavy loads of up to 2 tonnes. A lithium-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of operation on a full charge, enabling continuous 24/7 operation. Its ergonomic battery changing process ensures seamless operation. The FORX is equipped with a range of safety features, including collision prevention and emergency stop. These features ensure optimum safety by monitoring surrounding objects and people with sensors and cameras.
Customizable solution
With its modular design, FORX can be adapted to a wide range of industrial requirements by adding various attachments and accessories. All MND robots integrate seamlessly with IoT and industrial automation systems. Remote access capabilities and a user-friendly interface make it easy for operators to monitor performance data. The AMRs can be customised for various applications and excel in logistics and warehousing by autonomously performing loading and placement tasks. They improve material handling and part feeding in production lines, stock management and warehouse logistics in the retail sector.
