Following the acquisitions of Hirschmann Automation & Control and Lumberg Automation, both in 2007, Belden Italia Srl - has now completed its restructuring process by incorporating the business operations of Hirschmann Automation & Control GmbH and Belden CDT International Inc. into one operating company, which has now become operational. In addition to making the group's overall structure more rational by combining previously separate legal entities, this step sets out to maximize the effectiveness of the company with its strategy of offering integrated solutions for a wide range of applications. Belden Italia has a strong position because it brings together three leading product lines: Belden cables, Hirschmann networking systems, Lumberg and Hirschmann connectors.
