TKF offers custom bowtie conveyor systems that are designed to convey pipe and other cylindrically shaped products efficiently and safely within a small footprint. Sometimes called a “V” roller, the trough shape of the roller allows the product to be conveyed while virtually eliminating the side-to-side movement associated with a round object. While each system is customized to each customer’s specific requirements, the driving mechanism can be roller-to-roller chain drive or TKF’s roller-to-roller PosiGrip belt drive. The trough style design accommodates a wide variety of widths and lengths, and can be used indoors and outdoors in harsh environments.
