igus has expanded its chainflex cable range by 230 types. The new cables are available with the CFRIP cable stripping technology and have been introduced following customer demand. As a result, electrical engineers now have more choice and can reduce the time it takes to strip back long lengths of a variety of cables by up to 50%, therefore saving costs associated with installation. The feature of chainflex CFRIP cables is an integrated cord contained within either the inner or outer jacket (depending on which type is specified). When pulled, the cord tears open the cable jacket just like a zipper and there is no need for extra stripping tools.
