Compact Servomotors

The Unimotor hd from Control Techniques is a compact servomotor providing outstanding acceleration thanks to high torque to inertia characteristics. The servomotor is ideal for applications requiring high peak torque overload for short durations during acceleration or deceleration, such as: flying shear, cut-to-length and pick and place applications or any application that requires repetitive dynamic short cycle times. The Unimotor hd has frame sizes 055, 067, 089 and 115, covering the range 0.85Nm to 16Nm. A lot of feedback options are available including incremental encoders, SinCos encoders, single and multi-turn, Absolute encoders and resolver. Unimotor hd can be supplied with windings to suit 200V and 400V supply and with rated speeds of 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 6,000rpm. Pre-wired motor and feedback cable assemblies are available.
