Colder Products Company, provider of quick disconnect couplings, fittings and connectors for life sciences, specialty industrial and chemical handling markets, has named Kevin Long as president. Long was previously with Danaher Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was global vice president of customer care for its KaVo-Kerr Group.
Long has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. "I am excited to join the CPC team and look forward to building on the success and innovation the company has delivered over its 36-year history," says Long. "Together, we'll continue to focus on our customers and deliver solutions to meet the demands of the global market."Long replaces Gary Rychley, who will be retiring at the end of October after 16 years with CPC, including 12 years as president. Under Rychley's leadership, CPC consistently has grown revenue, earnings and profitability, and expanded operations globally.
