The control system of the ZL-HBP desiccant air dryer ensures that the compressed air inlet conditions are matched to the dewpoint required. These dryers from Hi-Line Industries achieve dewpoints of -70° PDP without loss of compressed air and feature fully insulated vessels, heat exchangers for thermal efficiency and an automatic energy management system. Dryer units are available with flow rates from 10 up to 10,000 scfm, fail-safe switching valves, pressure equalisation and a heater protection system.
