Operating in both flow directions, the type BVE directional seated valve range from HAWE Hydraulik has been extended with the addition of two construction sizes. The optimized valve design reduces flow resistance, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the machine or system for which the valve is used. Typical application areas include hydraulic clamping systems, jig and fixture construction, brake and winch controls and lifting devices. Type BVE is particularly suitable for the construction of customized valve blocks, since being a cartridge valve it can be installed quickly and easily. In size 1, it is available as a 2/2 and 3/2-way for a volume flow up to 20 lpm at an operating pressure of up to 500 bar. As a size 5 valve it exists as a 2/2-way device for a volume flow up to 300 lpm at an operating pressure of max. 400 bar. For size 1, solenoids are available for all common supply voltages as well as for different connector variants (AMP, M12). The exchangeable coil guarantees simple replacement of solenoids. All pressurized components are made of steel, allowing the valves to withstand high pressures over a long period and enable a space saving design.
