Distributed inverter

The comprehensive and performance graded SK2xxE product series of motor mounted decentralised inverter features an external 24 V control input option. It is directly mounted to a wide choice of the company’s standard or high efficiency IE2 and IE3 rated motors and gearmotors. With power ratings from 0.25 to 7.5kW, from single and three phase supplies, the inverter features an advanced sensorless current vector drive with a broad selection of standard and optional control and fieldbus communications features. The series suits energy optimised applications from pump and fan controls to sophisticated position based and safety based systems. The modular and scalable inverter allows to select only those options that are relevant and necessary for an application, keeping costs to a minimum but with flexibility to upgrade systems. Entry level built-in features include Class A line filtering, EEPROM parameter storage, brake management, encoder feedback and basic positioning control. A status and diagnostics console provides I/O status LEDs and RS232/485 communications interfacing.
