Double Loop Couplings

Made of polyurethane for flexibility, these double loop couplings from ABP-Antriebstechnik can equalize large radial, axial and angle offsets. Offering very good electrical and thermal insulation, they are operational over - 30 to + 80 °C temperature range. The hubs are made of galvanized steel and have two grub screws that conform to DIN 916. The couplings are available in four different overall lengths of 28, 35, 48 and 60 mm. Bores can be supplied up to 19 mm in the largest version and even up to 10 mm for the smallest coupling. Feather key grooves are also available, as are combinations of different bore diameters. The double loop couplings are suitable for various mechanical and mechatronic assemblies such as measurement drives and the drives of rotary position transducers and resolvers.
