Microsonic brings the new dbk+4 ultrasonic double sheet control for sheet printing machines. Three control inputs enable 3 pre-set working ranges to be selected and changed during operations. The Standard range covers the broadest spectrum of materials and weights. The Thin range is used with very thin papers or films. The Thick working mode is there for scanning thick plastic films or PCBs. This double sheet control also has a trigger mode for stream feeders. The dbk+4 is optimized for integration in machines thanks to its small dimension housing, its angular head, outsourced receiver and small M12-head variants.
