The 600MHz DyaloX IPCs are suitable for running a wide range of basic applications and offer numerous options for expansion. Available in either a 12 or 15 inch touch screen display version, all models incorporate the RAS concept that continually monitors and logs the status of the IPC. Since the RAS board operates independently of the rest of the hardware, it can continue to operate irrespective of the condition of the hardware or operating system. To maximise reliability, DyaloX IPCs use solid-state storage modules instead of conventional disk drives. In addition to exceptional ruggedness, these modules offer fast access times. The DyaloX range also features advanced passive heatsinks rather than cooling fans. Expansion and connectivity options provided by the new models include two Ethernet ports and a single PCI slot, two rear-mounted USB ports and two IP65-protected front panel USB ports.
