Wörner’s index cylinders raise the pallet vertically off the means of conveyance. They deliver precise vertical lifting of pallets, for rapid and accurate positioning. Thus, the handling, processing, or machining of workpieces isn’t afflicted by vibrations. In addition, electronic sensors can be integrated to identify the upper and lower positions of the stop. The index cylinder DI-490 series ensures short cycle times through fast moving cylinders.
Heat-resistant (H) and customer-specific solutions
They provide a flexible use by numerous available indexing bolts and optional configuration of sensors to detect the upper and lower position of the cylinder. Moreover, they grant decoupling of processing forces through high positioning forces. The stroke is of 31 mm and the cylinders are prepared for inductive position sensor (I). Various accessories are also available.
