High degree of accuracy & minimum traces
Yamaichi Electronics offers self-made FPC and FFC test sockets allowing vertical integration and a secure connection. The probe pins leave minimum traces on the material thanks to the vertical placement of the spins that make contact at a tiny point.
Highly durable
The test sockets offer precise connection in less and less space, featuring a pitch of 0.33 mm. The housings are made of durable materials, such as PEEK and anodised aluminium. The probe pins are made of beryllium copper, nickel and gold. Other materials can also be used in case of special requirements. The test sockets can be customized to meet customer needs. The guarantee up to 50,000 mating cycles for each FPC/FFC test socket is provided by Yamaichi.
