The new MCA 100 Bio series of gas analyzers by ETG is a solution for biogas measurement and industrial combustion applications because of their accuracy, stability, reliability, broad measurement range, and the variety of available form factors. Unlike other analyzers, the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analyzers measure multiple gases in an instrument with a single optical path platform. They perform continuously the measurement of CO2,O2,CH4,H2S with NDIR technology with automatic purge system to assure a long life to H2S Electrochemical cell. The heart of the analyzer is the ARM processor with a touch screen monitor. The signal output are 4-20 mA for each measured compound, Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus plus digital output signal to fail indication or the calibration process. The analyzer can be supplied on 19" rack mounting version or wall mounting IP 65 protection.
