Labfacility just launched a new range of superior quality, IP67 rated, 'Shark tail' design handheld thermocouple probes for the food industry and other applications which require strict hygiene.
A variety of probe and tip configurations is available to suit a wide range of applications from product penetration to packaging.
The ergonomic distinctive "shark tail" shaped handles contain an antimicrobial substance which kills micro-organisms to ensure optimum cleanliness. The solid handles and cables have been tensile tested for mechanical strength. The 2m curly polyurethane cable is terminated in a "moulded on" miniature connector; cable and connector are IEC colour coded. Alternatively, ANSI and JIS colour coded versions are available.
Certified to IP67, the probe is totally protected against dust ingress and brief immersion in water. Thermocouple types K and T to IEC584 are available in rugged, mineral insulated probe construction. The probes are available from stock for immediate despatch.
