High Speed Rotation Stage

Newport Corporation introduces the URB100CC High Speed Rotation Stage. Designed to provide high speed rotation, the URB100CC is an excellent solution for motion applications that require fast moves over larger angles or continuous rotation at very high duty cycles, with high precision performance relative to wobble, angular repeatability, and speed stability. Typical applications are LIDAR, 3D imaging, and film thickness measurements of semiconductor wafers. This rotation stage features a proprietary 4-point contact ball bearing. The enhanced low-profile package facilitates easy top-mounting options. Position feedback is provided by a motor-mounted 2000-point rotary encoder.
