Findling Waelzlager has added a number of ball bearings, for high temperature applications, to its broad portfolio. Appropriate for -30 to 200⁰C operation, the series 2RS VT200 deep groove ball bearings come with Viton seals on both sides. Its chrome steel rolling balls offer a particular surface quality, special hardness, high load capacity, high wear resistance, and high mechanical strength. The bearings correspond to P6 tolerance class and C4 clearance group for press fit of the bearing rings, and have larger temperature differences between the inner and the outer ring. There are different versions available with 3 to 75 mm bore diameter in sizes 68th, 69th, 60th, 62nd 63rd for a variety of applications. Also added to the portfolio the series 2RS VT250 with a reliable seal ensures up to 250 °C. Featuring bore diameters from 3 to 100 mm, the series HT280 with PTFE lubricant suits temperatures up to 280 °C. The bearing component surfaces are manganese phosphate coated against corrosion. Covering -50 up to 350 °C temperature range the HT350GR maintenance-free ball bearings are available in sizes 60th, 62nd, 63rd in six versions with bore diameters from 10 to 75 mm. The rolling elements are contained in a special graphite cage, which functions simultaneously as a lubrication system. The inner elements are protected on both sides by sheet metal cover slices with gap seals. The version ZZ is a seal variant, which offers a normal protection against dirt and splashes for a wide range of temperatures. In addition to the bearing components the seal disks are manganese phosphate coated. Special bearings conforming to user requirements are made available upon request.
