Hose Lines

The high-quality rubber compounds and pressure-bearing materials used in the BLAUDIECK beverage hoses from ContiTech satisfy the strictest hygiene requirements and possess all necessary test certificates. Their smooth, non-porous and odor- and taste-neutral inner lining conforms to the XXI recommendations of the Germany’s BfR as well as the directives of the FDA in the US. It is resistant to conventional cleaning agents and sanitizers and is suitable for CIP (cleaning in place). The hoses with UPE inner liner are also resistant to high-power cleaning agents and disinfectants. Both the inner lining and cover of the hose are resistant to grease, oil, and lyes. Together with the BLAUDIECK hose coupling system, the hoses form ready-to-install, antibacterial and reliable hose lines. The hose fitting system is made from stainless steel as standard, although other materials and various configurations are available on request.
