Humidity-temperature Sensor

After having gone through an extensive series of tests, Sensirion’s  SHT21 reliable, stable and robust humidity and temperature sensor received the AEC-Q100 automotive standard qualification. The High Temperature Operating Lifetime test confirmed the sensor's aging resistance, while the Unbiased Highly Accelerated Stress Test proved its stress resistance. The robustness of the sensor was demonstrated by the Electromagnetic Compatibility and the Electrostatic Discharge tests and the Temperature Cycling test confirmed the compatibility of the packaging material with the chip and substrate.
