Image sensor iVu Series TG

The company introduces the iVu Series TG image sensor, combining the simplicity of a photoelectric sensor and the intelligence of a vision sensor to deliver powerful and affordable inspection capabilities. There are two reasons why the image sensor stands out from comparable sensors on the market : the touch screen with intuitive, 9-language interface allows quick and easy changes, there is no PC required for device setup so its totally suitable for factory floor use. The new product offers three advanced sensor types in one compact, rugged package, making it possible to solve a wide variety of complex applications with just one sensor. An inspection wizard guides the first time user through the procedure for choosing the correct sensor type: Match, Area or Area with Motion. Possible applications include label inspection, part presence and orientation, date/lot code inspection, vial cap inspection, injection molding verification, packaging verification, drilled hole inspection,etc.
