IMI Sensors releases their model 682A09 ICP In-Line 4-20 mA Vibration Transmitter. This transmitter installs in line with any industrial accelerometer and converts the vibration signal to a 4-20 mA velocity output that can be trended with today’s PLC, DCS or SCADA control room systems. Its sleek design installs right into the cable run, no DIN rails, cabinets or special power required. The 682A09 has a stainless steel, hermetically sealed design capable of operating in the harshest environments with 2-pin MIL connector input and 3-pin MIL connector output. It accepts a 100 mV/g analog signal, converts to 4-20 mA output and operates off of loop-power supplied by the PLC, DCS or SCADA system.
