This Infrared Spot Light LED Unit can realise a beam light with extremely high radiant intensity (±4°) and is suitable for light source in different applications, such as surveillance systems and spatial data communication systems. AO850-4U has LED with lP 850nm (AOP6-8510HP2). The radiant intensity at DC operation (IF=650mA per LED) is 16W/sr, and 160W/sr is realised at pulse operation. The A0940-4U has lP940nm (AOP6-9410HP2) LED.
