Beckhoff will be presenting components, systems and technology highlights of PC- and EtherCAT-based control technology at Motek, the international industry platform for automation in production and assembly. PC-based control combines functions such as PLC, motion control and IoT communication in one system by consistently bundling the control intelligence in the software.
Integration of email processing
This year's trade show presentation will focus on the integration of image processing, high-precision measurement technology and cloud services into the central control platform. Another key topic is the eXtended Transport System (XTS). In combination with PC-based control technology, XTS opens up new approaches to implementing space-saving and highly dynamic machine concepts.
