NSK's integrated screen units are designed to meet the requirements of the manufacturers of vibrating screens. They integrate high strength housings, vibratory specification bearings, seals, bolts and washers, into pre-greased and ready to install assemblies. The CAMVS series of spherical roller bearings used in the integrated screen assemblies are designed specifically to provide improved bearing life under severe operating conditions. The bearings are manufactured from high cleanliness steel to improve their operating life and are equipped with brass cages to withstand the effects of vibration, operating fatigue, wear and corrosion.
