IDS Imaging presents a standalone camera system with integrated video server for applications within process monitoring, logistics and ITS. The VSE IP camera offers a browser-based, intuitive user interface for simple integration and unseen ease of operation.
The camera is available with a 1.3 Megapixel CMOS sensor from e2v or alternatively with Aptina’s 5 Megapixel CMOS sensor. A variety of display options guarantee a full overview: from full-screen to snapshots, from instant recordings to various streaming modes. Moreover, MJPEG and H.264 data compression with MJPEG and H.264 streaming results in a significantly lower data volume and thus less memory requirements. Pictures and videos can be accessed at any time as all data is stored directly in the camera thanks to 32 GB internal memory. The camera’s “Remote View” function allows monitoring several processes simultaneously in one single browser window.
Tablet and smartphone users benefit from the “IDS Remote View” app allowing to them to keep a full overview even from remote locations. The free of charge “IDS Remote View” Apps are available in either Google Playstore for Android or Apple iTunes store for the iOS version.
