mbo Osswald offers a wide range of linking elements such as angle joints, ball joints, ball studs, housings and ball sockets in stainless austenitic chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel 1.4404. Thanks to the characteristics of this steel type these linking elements can better withstand wear and corrosion, are sea-water, chloride and acid resistant. They have a much longer service life, even when exposed to the tensile, compressive and shear forces generated by the application they are being used in. When used in the food and chemical industries they are well protected against sulphuric and phosphoric acids and organic acids and are insensitive to intercrystalline corrosion. These linking elements can also be designed to meet special customer requirements.
