They are fully integrated with the truck, offering further benefits and energy savings across their electric range. The design allows a revolution in space and weight-saving truck design, and also provides for multi-life planning, with battery cells projected to serve multiple truck lives, then being deployed to store power generated from sources such as solar panels, before being recycled.

The lithium-ion solution has a lifetime 3 times greater than of lead-acid batteries. No battery topping or any maintenance is required for the battery, as well as no gassing of the battery (the user can charge it anywhere and whenever).
