The world operator terminal market, estimated at $1.96 billion in 2008, is forecast to decline by almost $300 million in 2009. A new report from IMS Research “The World Market for Operator Terminals” shows that the current (mid-2009) economic climate is expected to have a huge and prolonged impact on operator terminal revenues. Although growth in the world market is projected to restart in 2011, the total revenues in 2013 are forecast to be hardly greater than they were in 2008.
