The M12 and M14 measuring spark plug types 6115B and 6118B feature a modular design consisting of a demountable connection cable, a replaceable sensor and a ceramic body, enabling efficient maintenance and repairs to be made on the spot. Flush-mounted installation of the measuring element enables a high natural frequency of acoustic oscillation. As a result, the measuring spark plugs are suitable for application tasks on large engines, test rigs and in vehicles. Accuracy has been improved as the result of further development of sensor technology.
