Recom released three new medical-grade DC/DC converters with 250VAC/2MOPP certification. The REM3, REM6 and REM10 series offer 3W, 6W or 10W output power, respectively in a DIP24 case. Despite this compact case size, all series feature reinforced isolation rated at 250VAC working voltage, 5KVDC galvanic isolation, 8mm creepage and clearance and low 2µA leakage currents.
The three series are available with 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage ranges, single or dual outputs from 3.3V up to 24V. The high efficiency of 89% means that the operating temperature is from -40°C to 105°C. The REM series are IEC60601-1 and ANSI/AAMI 606061 CB certified and come with a 5-year warranty.
