Lohmeier has extended its product range for an ergonomic working environment, adding a new assembly table for small enclosures and wall-mounted cabinets. The MT-200 assembly table complements the MT-400 model for large mounting plates which was introduced in late 2009. The assembly tables are designed for enclosures measuring up to 1,000 x 1,000 mm and weighing up to 200 kg. If users need to populate larger cabinets, they can line up several assembly tables next to each other. The tables help users implement the right working position, allowing them to ergonomically handle, populate and wire enclosures. Height adjustment is carried out manually by means of clamp levers or via an electric lifting column. The working height can be set between 350 and 1,250 mm, allowing operators to either stand or sit down during long wiring processes, and thus putting less strain on their backs.
