Modular Air Dryers

Hi-line Industries' successful Atacama range of modular air dryers has been extended to incorporate a third filtration tower for full compliance with BS EN 1202, the only standard to indicate contaminant levels for breathing air both in the UK and EU. The appropriate models can now be safely utilised in the most demanding environments including medical, pharmaceutical, as well as chemical and petrochemical industries. The ‘Atacama – CT’ has dewpoint control built-in as standard.  This is pre-set on the breathing air application to change over to stand-by once a dewpoint of -15°C PDP is achieved. This ensures security, whilst also maintaining energy efficiency. The clean and dry air is processed to remove odours, taste substances, oil vapour, various gases and dust, allowing the operator to breath air, free from contaminants.
