Equipped with a 4 to 20 mA 2-wire, HART-interface, two limit value switches and an innovative touchM-key technology based operation, the “Modular Economic Sensors” from Müller Industrie-Elektronik are available in a wide range of different physical parameters, including temperature, pressure level and flow. They feature a head with a display unit made of translucent polycarbonate and integrated 4-digit 7-segment current loop display. The display head can be rotated through 300° and the display is also reversible by 180° for overhead mounting. The housing is also 300° adjustable. The process connections are made of stainless steel. The electrical connections are available in several different plastic plug versions. For the specific hygienic requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industry there are pressure sensors with flange process connection available. Designed especially for plastic, rubber and food industries, the new family member MEPS-M for melt pressures is electrically and mechanically compatible to the installations used in these industries. The HART enabled transmitters for the ME sensors are available as OEM versions. For customized serial production individual mechanical adaptation of sensor connection is possible as well as design and printing in customers corporate design.
