Motion Controllers

Robox presents a 10 axes rotative system derivated from a real application. The system is based on our motion controller Urmc3 and on the integrated drives SPIMD20 , which communicate through EtherCAT and allows to obtain sophisticated motion laws on the axes of a high speed rotating machine. This solution also allows flexibility of production, together with a precise diagnostics which can also be predictive. The controllers are suitable for any application where it is necessary to control the speed and movements of any machine with precision and softness. Main application fields are the food industry, packaging, palletizing, paper industry, marble, wood industries, etc. Its broad range of products can be adapted to any motion application, thanks to the availability of architectures, modular, or stand alone. The company also realizes customized projects and its controllers can also be integrated in the most well known brushless drives. The controllers communicate with the outside world through the main industrial communication protocols and fieldbuses (OPC server, ActiveX, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, EtherCAT master, CANopen, Profibus).
