Mouser Electronics has received the Global Distribution Award for New Product Introductions by ON Semiconductor, a leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions driving energy efficient innovations, empowering customers to reduce global energy use. Mouser, the industry's new product introduction (NPI) leader, was cited for helping ON Semiconductor grow product sales and generate significant new business.

Thomson said distributor sales accounted for approximately 54 percent of ON Semiconductor's 2015 annual revenues, compared to 50 percent in 2014.
