Ingersoll Rand will reveal compressed air technologies that advance energy efficiency and performance of manufacturing operations for industries worldwide at ComVac 2017 from April 24.-28 in Hannover. The company will also debut new Ingersoll Rand CARE Suite service offerings. CARE Suite is the most comprehensive service and maintenance offering available, which increases reliability and reduces total costs of ownership for a plant’s valuable compressor assets.
Efficient compressor and new dryer technology
Ingersoll Rand will reveal the Next Generation R-Series RS200 to RS250 oil-flooded rotary screw compressors for the first time. Every Next Generation R-Series compressor features an all-new, state-of-the-art air end that’s one of the most efficient available today – delivering as much as 15 percent energy efficiency improvement over the legacy products. The RS200 to RS250 fixed- and variable-speed models come standard with features that offer customers new levels of energy efficiency and maximize uptime for high-capacity compressed air needs.
Show attendees will also experience Ingersoll Rand’s all-new refrigerated dryer technology that achieves a dew point of -20 degrees Celsius. The Sub-Freezing Air Dryer is the only refrigerated dryer on the market to cool and dry air to a sub-freezing dew point. The dryer is energy efficient, compatible with oil-free and oil-flooded compressors, and has low maintenance requirements.
Attendees are invited to visit Ingersoll Rand at Stand C12 in Hall 26 in Hannover, Germany, from April 24-28, 2017.
