Molex Incorporated launches its Brad PLC communication modules with add-on-profiles (AOPs) for Rockwell Automation’s RSLogix* 5000 software. The module configuration is supported with AOPs for easy integration into the ControlLogix system using the RSLogix 5000 software. All communication modules for Profibus and Modbus software are also supported with an AOP. Users benefit from faster configuration with a more consistent interface to module parameters and reduced errors through configuration checking embedded within the AOP. The AOP provides a more integrated look and feel for the device rather than appearing as a Generic Device.
