CubeBOX is a robotic automation plug & play system for machine tending which was developed by Tezmaksan R&D team. Turskish made, it has a Domestic Production certificate and a CE certificate. CubeBOX increases the production efficiency by providing key advantages in terms of time and cost. It minimizes the need of operator in machine tending and allows no interruption in production. Thanks to this device, up to 50% increase in efficiency can be achieved, especially during nights shifts.

With its standard structure, CubeBOX is compatible to all new or used CNC machines and CNC control units with no brand, type, or model restriction. It is approximately 20% cheaper than the company-customized robotic integration systems and can be commissioned in just one day.

CubeBOX comes with the RoboCAM software to help any operator with any skills

CubeBOX is presented with the free of charge software developed by Tezmaksan R&D team named RoboCAM. With RoboCAM the job/part change can be done by any operator who even knows very little about robot programming.

CubeBOX, which also has the pallet changing option, can load and unload the workpieces to the machine(s) with its robotic arm and the operator can simultaneously load and unload the workpieces from or to the storage area. CubeBOX is portable and can be moved easily from one CNC machine to the others in factory. CubeBOX is standardly equipped with one 6 Axis Industrial Robot, 1 set of Gripper for loading, 1 set of Gripper for unloading, Fingers, Touch Panel C, 2 pieces of Light Curtains on the operator side, 5 to 8 drawers for DR type (48-360 workpieces can be loaded) and RoboCAM software.
