Totaltrax by Tsubaki KabelSchlepp is a ready-to-install cable carrier system for coolant filling systems that consists of different modules. The base unit is responsible for temperature-dependant mixing of the coolant and doesn’t need to be based at the production line. The mobile unit steps is to follow the vehicule on the right or left of the assembly track and fill it with the corresponding fluids while in movement.
Enable up to five media to be transported
The cable carriers also contain other cables and hoses for vacuum, compressed air, signal and coolant. They can transport up to five media at the same time. The cables are supplied as ready-to-install including all cables, hoses and connectors. The complete system is based on cable carriers of MC1250 type (robust plastic cable with aluminum stays). Furthermore, they are equipped with glide shoes and an integrated hydraulic package.
