The RTC-I116 is powered by a 12th-generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5 processor and Intel® Iris® Xe graphics. This provides high performance for processing large amounts of data, images and video. It features an 11.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) multi-touch screen for excellent performance and visual effects. The screen is bright with up to 1,000 nits. The tablet offers advanced 24/7 wireless connectivity options, including LTE or 5G cellular, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth V5.3 and GNSS. It also features up to eight I/O interfaces for seamless integration of various peripherals, industrial equipment and more without the need for adapters. The RTC-I116 offers a wide range of customisable expansion options. These include NFC, smart card and UHF RFID readers, which facilitate data collection and authentication processes.

For field workers who require long battery life on the go, the RTC-I116 is equipped with high-capacity 58.5Wh dual hot-swappable batteries. This allows field workers to swap batteries in the field without the need for recharging, extending their working time. The tablet is MIL-STD-810H certified and has an IP66 rating. It is water and dust resistant and can withstand dust, mud, rain and extreme temperatures from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). It can even be dropped from a height of 1.2 metres and still operate reliably.
