The Board of Directors at Schaffner will undergo some changes.
In the context of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting taking place in Luterbach, Switzerland, on 14 January 2020, Suzanne Thoma, who has been part of the Schaffer’s Board of Directors since 2012, will step from the Board and her role as Director of Schaffner Holding AG.
New elections deferred
For the time being, the Schaffner Group will not nominate a new member for election. During the Annual General Meeting, it will propose to the shareholders to re-elect the remaining four members for the upcoming term, which will last until 12 January 2021, when the 25th Annual General Meeting will take place.
In the meantime, Schaffner will continue supplying electrical power solutions globally.
