ACE Stoßdämpfer presents new industrial shock absorbers named SC4525EUM and SC4550EUM. While the previous standard MAGNUM types with the name MC4525EUM-0-4 and a stroke of 25 mm offered performance values for the effective mass range between 7 to 3,540 kg, this could be increased by the factor 10 for the new absorbers type SC4525EUM-5-8. This is between 3,400 kg and 39,000 kg. If design engineers require more stroke than 25 mm, the new MAGNUM types with the name SC4550EUM-5-8 offer an effective mass range of 6,800 kg to 44,225 kg with a stroke of 50 mm. The new, stronger drive piston models were primarily designed for the use in rotary modules. The new shock absorbers, like all representatives of the family, have a shock absorber body made of Tenifer-treated steel. Also the permitted temperature range of -12° C to 70° C, the long lifecycle as well as the freely selectable installation position are identical.
