At the Northern Automotive Alliance (NAA) Awards that took place in Cheshire on 7 November 2019, Sigmatex, developer and manufacturer of carbon fibre textiles for composite material applications, was awarded the Company of the Year Award, sponsored by Bentley Motors Ltd. The company’s commitment to developing and improving the low carbon vehicle supply chain were recognized and rewarded.
Moreover, during the ceremony Sigmatex also won the DHL Excellence Awards for its optimization efforts of package size and the consequent reduction of ecological footprint.
Delivering sustainability
Remarking his delight at Sigmatex’ nomination, Paul McMullan, Commercial Director, stated, “It is great to see our commitment to vehicle lightweighting being recognized by industry.
