Slim Power Supplies

Mainly used for DC drives with voltages of up to 80 Vdc, the robust and high-powered Super Slim SPH1013 and SPH500 power supplies from MGV round off the DC Power range up to 1,000 watts with a model generating an output of 72 Vdc. To meet high peak current requirements, a power boost supplies 200% of the rated current for 2 sec. The integral fan is fitted with a thermostat to ensure constant cooling in every mounting position. Operating temperatures range from -25° C to 70° C. Up to three appliances connected in parallel can be used to boost performance of the DC Power module. The assemblies are available as DIN-rail or wall-mount models. The SPH1013 and SPH500 power supply series have been tested in accordance with EN60950 and UL60950 and are UL508 listed. An internal mains fuse, overvoltage and overload protection, as well as a thermal cut-off ensure a high level of operating safety.
