MOONS’ Industries are introducing their new 19mm Slotless Motor the ECU19058. It is ideal for applications which use smaller portable, hand-held devices. This new motor bridges the gap between Moons’ ø16mm and ø22mm models, delivering a robust performance in a compact form. Despite its small size the ECU19058 boasts a patented slotless motor winding design that achieves high efficiency and power density to deliver robust and reliable power for hand-held, portable devices. Key specifications include; Nominal voltage of 12V, no load speed of 14800 RPM, nominal speed of 13260 RPM, max continuous torque of 30.6 mNm, max efficiency of 86% and stall torque of 258 nNm.
High control accuracy and torque
Designed for versatile configurations across a wide range of applications the ECU19058 can be paired with the Moons’ PG19M series planetary reducer, incremental and absolute encoders of the same size. This versatility allows the motor to meet various high-torque and control accuracy needs which means the motor can easily handle a wide range of complex applications. The ECU19058 continues the Moons’ tradition of offering customers an extensive range of customisation options, including special size requirements, performance parameters and interface designs.
